Casement windows





We offer a wide range of outward opening windows. Windows are made of composited laminated timbers. All wood is sourced/harvested under certified sustainable forest management programme according to the PEFC system and in compliance with the current legislation applicable to the origin of wood and wooden products.







Casement

• outward opening window that opens 180° or 90°
• available in two systems: traditional when the sash is flush with the frame and modern
  when where the sash is rebated and lip over the frame
• possible easy-clean hinges
• possible traditional butt hinges in various finish or friction concealed hinges
• alternatively trickle vent fitted into the window frame
• standard friction brake operated with a handle
• aluminium drip mould in silver or painted to any RAL colour or traditional wooden

Glazing: Our standard is double glazing U value is 1.1 W.m-2K-1 Overall U value is 1.4 W.m-2K-1. However, there is a possibility to use triple glazing that achieves the U value of 0,6 W/ m2K. Also, a special swisspacer can be used to achieve even better parameters of the glass. There is also a painted glass spacer available to match the colour of the window and to meet individual needs.


Painting: Sikkens-Four-layer surface finish system in-depth impregnation, colour impregnation, high pressure coating with 150 µm glazing. This advanced system provides a barrier against severe weather conditions whilst allowing the timber to breathe actively. Temperature and humidity changes are compensated for by the high elasticity of the paint coating resulting in a lifetime product providing the maintenance guide is followed.


For our outswing windows we use the following ironmongery: IPA, Roto, Hoppe and Titon.
